The Storm Inside

No one experiences perfect mental health all of the time. We all have to learn how to balance the varying aspects of our lives and the challenges we face. But ongoing mental health problems can take a real toll on our overall well-being. Now more than ever, it is critical to have the resources to find a healthy balance. In this project, the objective was to create a social issue poster using zero typography. I chose Mental Health, inspired by the year 2020 and the storm inside us all as we continually faced what was to come.
